Product Description

Propellent sanitary plate heat exchangers are designed for food and beverage industry. With different types of plates and pressing depth, which are available for gentle, uniform heat treatment of sensitive dairy, food and beverage products. The applications such as, heating and cooling processes, pasteurization of milk, beer, juice and viscous products. Our wide gap free flow plate has a wider plate pattern, which without contact points, makes it ideal for products containing pulp or fibres.

Product Parameters

The frames of our sanitary plate heat exchangers are designed with cleaning and maintenance in mind. Sturdy nylon rollers make themovable cover slide open effortlessly, and locking bushes with ball bearings allow it to be closed tightly again. We take pride in ensuring gentle product handling for superior output quality, while adhering to the strict cleanliness
requirements of each industry. Available with both Fishbone and Free Flow plates, we have the tools needed to provide you with the exact right heat exchanger for your application.


Our technology is a double-walled plate system designed to make any leakage, however unlikely, visible from outside the heat exchanger. This safety measure ensures that the malfunctioning unit can quickly be identified and repaired. Because all leaks are external instead of internal, the flows are always separated. This makes double-walled sanitary plate heat exchangers the ideal solution when operating with media that must not be contaminated at any cost.

 

Our sanitary plate heat exchangers are available as multi-section solutions, which can be regarded as multiple heat exchangers combined into a single installation, divided by intermediate frames.
